Love Jane Laundry. Have been using them for almost a year now so I wanted to share for other New Yorkers without laundry. They have handled all my clothes with care, never lost or shrunk any item and are extremely reliable and responsive. They pickup within 30 mins usually if I call them last minute even. Appreciate them so much!

Clothes always smell amazing and they pay attention to the notes that you leave specifying how you want your clothes taken care of, service is seamless and fast absolutely 0 complaints 4 months in thank you Jane family.

This place is amazing!! I was pretty hesitant about sending out my laundry but I walked in here on a Saturday at noon and they told me my laundry could be ready that day! I went to pick up the items and not a single thing was missing and everything was handled with care and looked so clean. They take the time to ask for specific instructions for any items (e.g. air dry) and are very diligent. It’s also a mom and pop shop!! They also offer pick up and delivery for $3 RT in certain areas. Couldn’t recommend a place more!!

Amazing laundromat! Friendly people, excellent service! Everyone is a joy and I trust no one else to do my laundry! They have never lost anything and above all everyone is kind, helpful, and the service is top tier! Excellent !!!!

This is hands down the best laundry service - everyone is so kind, the pricing is great and I have never had anything lost or ruined. Their turnaround is most times even under a day and I love the pickup and drop off option which is always on time. I would highly recommend if you need a wash/fold.

They are very reliable and I have been using them biweekly for the last year now. Haven't had any issues and they have a very easy process with pickup and dropoff. Glad I found them!! They even gave me a laundry bag when my old one ripped, so nice. PS: If the people working there ever see this - it would be amazing to be able to text (rather than call) to schedule a pickup or dropoff. Let me know if this ever becomes available :)
